Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout, such as PayPal or a debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Your card issuer may add a foreign-transaction fee. Refunds are paid back to the payment method you used. Some products are sold and delivered through our checkout partner Gumroad, which processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT and emails your download link.
Digital downloads
Files are delivered instantly. If you buy through Gumroad, your download link appears straight after payment and in your Gumroad receipt email. If you buy through our own checkout, your files are emailed to you and are also in My Account → Downloads, where you can download each file up to 5 times.
Your right to cancel (UK/EU customers)
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you agree when you buy that the download starts straight away and that you then lose this right once the download begins. This does not affect our 14-day help guarantee below.
Refunds: our 14-day help guarantee
If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us within 14 days with your order number. We will fix it, replace it or refund you in full. We do not refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading, but we will always try to help.
Merch (printed on demand)
Each item is printed after you order, so we cannot accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a refund. Delivery times are estimates.
Crypto payments (if offered)
If crypto is offered at checkout and you pay with it, refunds are paid in the same coin to an address you give us, at the USD value of the original order, minus network fees.
Licence (digital products)
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself and your household. You may print as many copies as you need for personal use. You may not resell, share, upload, or give away the files, or claim them as your own. Teachers and coaches may print copies for their own students or clients but may not share the files. For team, school, or commercial licences, email us.
